Welcome to Wellnest Retreats Greece.

We offer a dedicated setting for therapists, wellness professionals and retreat facilitators looking for a peaceful and inspiring environment in which to organise meaningful group experiences.

Our venue, Beaufort Villa, combines privacy, comfort and a connection with nature, providing an ideal setting for intimate retreats, personal development programmes and therapeutic workshops.

ABOUT WELLNEST RETREATS

  • Wellnest is a dedicated space for professional, facilitator-led retreats.

    Our philosophy centres on privacy, nature, simplicity and personal transformation. We believe that the environment in which people gather plays an important role in supporting reflection, connection and personal growth.

    Rather than operating as a conventional wellness resort, we provide a private and welcoming environment where facilitators can develop their own programmes and offer participants a meaningful retreat experience.

  • Wellnest Retreats is located on the beautiful Greek island of Paros, in the Cyclades.

    Our venue, Beaufort Villa, offers panoramic Aegean Sea views in a peaceful natural setting, while remaining within driving distance of Naoussa, beaches, restaurants and the island’s main amenities.

  • We welcome professional facilitators whose work is aligned with our philosophy of personal development, wellbeing and conscious living.

    Examples include:

    • Psychotherapy and Gestalt retreats.

    • Somatic therapy and embodiment workshops.

    • Trauma-informed group work.

    • Mindfulness and meditation retreats.

CAPACITY AND ACCOMMODATION

  • Our venue, Beaufort Villa, can accommodate up to 10 people.

    The house is composed of five bedrooms, offering a combination of double and twin accommodation.

  • The villa has:

    • Four double bedrooms, with beds measuring between 160 and 180 cm, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

    • One bedroom with two single beds and an accompanying bathroom.

    All bedrooms are designed to provide comfortable accommodation for retreat participants.

  • No. The villa is provided exclusively as a whole property, not on a per-bedroom or per-person basis.

    This means that your group enjoys exclusive use of the entire property, regardless of the number of participants staying there.

  • The villa has five bedrooms. Room allocation depends on the size and composition of your group.

    Four bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has two single beds. We recommend discussing your room allocation requirements with us when planning your retreat.

  • The minimum stay at Our venue, Beaufort Villa, is four nights.

    Longer stays are welcome, subject to availability.

  • Yes. For larger groups, we collaborate with a partner property located approximately four minutes’ walk from Our venue, Beaufort Villa.

    The partner property consists of three connected houses, offering a total of 12 bedrooms:

    • House 1: 3 bedrooms.

    • House 2: 4 bedrooms.

    • House 3: 5 bedrooms.

    All bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms.

    The property also features a shared swimming pool.

    Each house is rented as a whole property, not on a per-bedroom basis. The houses can be booked together, subject to availability, to accommodate larger retreat groups.

SPACES AND FACILITIES

  • Our venue, Beaufort Villa, offers generous indoor and outdoor spaces suitable for different types of group activities.

    These include:

    • Spacious indoor common areas.

    • Outdoor terraces with panoramic sea views.

    • An outdoor platform suitable for movement, meditation and other practices.

    • A swimming pool and surrounding relaxation areas.

    • Quiet natural surroundings for reflection and integration.

    The different spaces allow facilitators to organise their programmes according to the needs of their groups.

  • The outdoor platform and the villa’s open spaces can be used for yoga, meditation, breathwork, mindful movement and other contemplative practices.

    These are natural practice spaces rather than a conventional equipped yoga studio.

  • Yes. Our venue, Beaufort Villa, has a private swimming pool which participants can enjoy during their free time.

  • Yes. The property has Starlink connectivity, allowing facilitators and participants to remain connected when needed.

    Nevertheless, the environment is intentionally designed to encourage a slower pace and fewer distractions.

CATERING AND HOUSEKEEPING

  • No. Meals are not included in the accommodation price.

    The villa offers a large, fully equipped kitchen with facilities for up to 10 people, allowing your group to organise its own meals and enjoy a self-catered retreat.

    Alternatively, we can arrange catering services separately at an additional cost, according to your group’s preferences and requirements.

  • Yes. Regular housekeeping is included in the accommodation price.

    The standard service includes:

    • Cleaning every three days.

    • Fresh bed linen.

    • Fresh towels.

    If you prefer more frequent service, daily cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost.

RETREAT EQUIPMENT AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES

  • We provide essential equipment for up to 10 participants, including:

    • Yoga and exercise mats.

    • Meditation cushions.

    • Bolsters.

    • Chairs.

    • Sound equipment.

    If your retreat requires additional quantities or specialised equipment, we can explore sourcing these at an additional cost.

    We recommend sharing your equipment requirements with us in advance.

  • Yes. We can arrange transfers from Paros Airport and the island’s port.

    We can also organise transportation for island visits and excursions.

    All transfers and excursions are optional services and are charged separately from the accommodation rental.

  • Absolutely.

    If you wish to enrich your retreat programme with additional expertise, we can help arrange local co-facilitators or therapists.

    This can be a valuable way to complement your own work, introduce additional therapeutic approaches and offer participants a broader experience.

    These arrangements and their associated fees are agreed separately.

LOCATION AND TRAVEL

  • Paros can be reached by ferry from Athens and other Cycladic islands.

    There are also domestic flight connections from Athens, subject to seasonal schedules and availability.

    We recommend that facilitators share travel information with participants well in advance, particularly when coordinating group arrivals.

  • Naoussa town centre is approximately 3.8 km away, an 11-minute drive.

    Naoussa offers a variety of restaurants, cafés, shops and traditional Greek tavernas.

  • Yes. Wellnest is available throughout the year, subject to availability.

    Spring and autumn can be particularly appealing for retreats that prioritise quiet, reflection and a closer connection with nature.

BOOKING, PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • The process is straightforward:

    1. Contact us with your proposed retreat dates, programme and estimated number of participants.

    2. We review your proposal and discuss your requirements.

    3. We provide availability and a personalised quotation.

    4. Once everything is agreed, we confirm your booking and provide the payment details.

    5. We remain available to assist with practical arrangements ahead of your arrival.

    Our intention is to establish a relationship with facilitators and help make the organisation of their retreat as smooth as possible.

  • We recommend contacting us as early as possible, particularly if you are planning a retreat during the popular spring, summer or autumn seasons.

    Availability is subject to confirmation.

    Every retreat enquiry is reviewed personally.

  • We operate a dynamic pricing policy based on the season and availability.

    The price corresponds to the exclusive rental of the entire property, regardless of the number of participants staying there.

    Please contact us with your preferred dates and group requirements to receive a personalised quotation.

  • A 30% deposit of the total accommodation price is required to secure your reservation.

    The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.

    Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit has been received.

  • We understand that organising a retreat involves considerable preparation and that circumstances can sometimes change.

    Our cancellation policy is structured according to the time remaining before your scheduled arrival.

  • If you cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival, the 30% deposit and any other payments already received will be fully refunded.

  • No refund is provided.

    However, you may reschedule your reservation, subject to availability, to a new date within one year of the original scheduled arrival date.

  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival are non-refundable, unless the property is successfully rented again for the cancelled dates.

    In the event of successful re-rental, a refund will be issued, less any price difference between the original reservation and the replacement booking, if applicable.

    We recommend contacting us as early as possible if you anticipate any changes to your retreat dates.

  • Date changes may be possible, subject to availability.

    Any rescheduled stay must take place within one year of the original reservation date.

  • Yes. A refundable security deposit of €3,000 is required at check-in.

    The security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided the villa, its furnishings and facilities are returned in good condition.

    Any costs resulting from damage or deterioration beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit.

    We appreciate your care and respect for our properties and their surroundings, and thank you for helping us maintain a welcoming and harmonious retreat environment.

OFF-GRID ELECTRICITY & SUSTAINABILITY

Our venue, Beaufort Villa, has been designed to operate in harmony with its natural surroundings. Its independent solar energy system is an integral part of our commitment to a more sustainable way of living.

  • No. Our venue, Beaufort Villa, operates entirely off-grid, independently from the public electricity network, using solar energy and a battery storage system.

    We are proud to offer one of the very few luxury villa experiences in Paros built around this environmentally conscious approach.

    By staying with us, you become part of an experience that respects the island’s natural beauty and encourages a more mindful use of resources.

  • During daylight hours, our solar energy system comfortably supports the use of all five air-conditioning units, together with the villa’s other electrical appliances.

    After sunset, Our venue, Beaufort Villa, relies on the energy stored in its battery system.

    To ensure sufficient energy remains available throughout the night and until the following morning, we kindly ask guests to observe the following guidelines:

    • Nighttime air conditioning: Air conditioning may be used until 2:00 am, with the temperature setting limited to a minimum of 23°C.

    • Natural cooling: Ceiling fans are available in every bedroom and provide a pleasant, natural alternative for comfortable sleeping.

    Our venue, Beaufort Villa, benefits from wonderful natural breezes, which further contribute to a comfortable indoor environment.

  • A few simple habits make all the difference:

    • Moderate nighttime air-conditioning use: Air conditioning must be switched off by 2:00 am and should never be set below 23°C during nighttime use.

    • Switch off when not needed: Turn off air conditioning when leaving the villa and whenever doors or windows are open.

    • Avoid high-consumption appliances at night: Washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers must not be operated during nighttime hours.

    • Be mindful of simultaneous consumption: Avoid operating several high-consumption appliances simultaneously, particularly air conditioning, the oven, kettle and hairdryers.

    • Make the most of natural ventilation: Whenever possible, enjoy the island’s natural breezes and the cooling effect of the villa’s surroundings.

    These small considerations help our energy system operate smoothly and ensure that everyone can enjoy a comfortable and uninterrupted stay.

  • Not at all, provided that the simple energy guidelines are respected.

    Our venue, Beaufort Villa, has been designed to combine modern comfort with a more responsible approach to energy consumption.

    The solar and battery system supports everyday living while encouraging guests to be mindful of their energy use.

ACCESSIBILITY AND PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY

  • The property is not adapted for people with disabilities.

    We encourage facilitators to contact us before booking if any participants have specific mobility or accessibility requirements, so that we can provide further information about the property’s layout and limitations.

  • Wellnest primarily provides the venue and accommodation for independent professionals who organise and lead their own programmes.

    Facilitators remain responsible for their retreat content, professional practice and participant care.

    Additional local practitioners or services can be arranged separately, where appropriate.

  • We encourage prospective facilitators to familiarise themselves with the property and its environment.
